While
growing up in eastern North Carolina, David Edmundson was constantly
surrounded by construction and agriculture where he learned the
value of hard work and integrity. After graduating from North
Carolina State University in 1992, David went on to a successful
career in manufacturing management. In 2003, after nearly 10 years
of building and investing in real estate on a smaller scale, David
and his wife Kelly started North Creek Construction to enable them
to focus their energies on building homes and to plant roots in an
area that they had grown to love. Since its inception, the company
has enjoyed a great deal of growth and success. Past projects have
included homes ranging from the $150,000’s to $500,000+ in some of
the area’s finest neighborhoods, including: Serene Creek, Hunter’s
Mill, Ivy Trace, Russell Springs, and Overlake Knoll. The company’s
mission is to provide top quality workmanship with custom touches
that make every home unique
